In Downtown Raleigh, Glenwood South has quickly transformed from its own separate night life sector of town to a thriving 24/7 resident heavy "downtown district." Glenwood South has the majority of future apartment development in Raleigh, so it's only fitting that the City plan for more density and pedestrian friendly development.
